What ending trading support means
After a set date, FET can no longer be traded on Digital X (delisting). Korean exchanges usually still allow withdrawals to another wallet for a while afterwards; the end date and the withdrawal deadline are in the original notice.
Effect on prices
After such a notice, selling often pushes the price down hard, and the price on Digital X can drift far from other exchanges.
