Terms of Service

This English translation is provided for convenience only. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the kimchi premium price information and community services (the "Service") provided by CoinGaja (the "Site"), and the rights and obligations of members and the Site.

Article 2 (Content of the Service)

The Site provides services such as comparisons of coin prices on Korean and overseas exchanges, kimchi premium display, boards and comments, points and ranks, and Telegram price alerts. The Site may change or discontinue all or part of the Service when necessary for its operation.

Article 3 (Nature of Price Information and Limitation of Liability)

The prices and kimchi premium shown by the Site are reference information calculated from data published by each exchange, and they may be delayed or differ from actual values depending on the exchanges' circumstances or network conditions. The Site does not provide investment advice or recommendations, and users are responsible for investment decisions based on this information and for their results.

Article 4 (Membership and Accounts)

Members must sign up with accurate information and are responsible for managing their own accounts and passwords. Using another person's information without permission, or creating multiple accounts to obtain points or likes improperly, is prohibited; if detected, points may be taken back and use may be restricted.

Article 5 (Posts and Prohibited Conduct)

• Advertisements promoting a specific coin or exchange, luring users into signal rooms or paid channels, pyramid schemes and fraudulent investment posts
• Agitation aimed at manipulating prices, spreading false information, and posts that damage another person's reputation or expose personal information
• Gambling, adult content, pirated material and other content that violates the law
• Automated access, hacking attempts and spam that interfere with the operation of the Service

The operators may delete or hide posts that fall under the above without prior notice, and may restrict the use of members who do so repeatedly. Copyright in posts belongs to their authors, but the Site may use posts to the extent necessary to operate and promote the Service.

Article 6 (Points and Ranks)

Points and ranks are intended to encourage community activity and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other property value. When a post or comment is deleted, the points received for it are also taken back. The criteria for awarding points may change according to the operating policy.

Article 7 (Advertising)

The Site may display advertisements on its pages to operate the Service. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their advertisements and for their products.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

When the Terms are changed, notice will be given on the Notices board from 7 days before the effective date. Changes that are unfavorable to members will be announced 30 days in advance.
