How to delete your CoinGaja account (website and Android app), and which information is deleted and which stays. The website and the app use the same account, so the steps are the same.
1. How to delete your account
- Log in to CoinGaja.
- Tap "Edit profile" and confirm your password. (On a PC it is at the top right; on a phone it is in the menu.)
- At the bottom of the profile page, tap "Delete account". This guide opens.
- Tap "Delete account" below and enter your password once more. Your account is deleted at once.

If you cannot log in or cannot delete the account yourself, email coingaja.verify@gmail.com with your user ID. We will handle it after confirming that you are the account holder.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Please follow the steps above.
2. Before you delete your account
- Your posts and comments are not deleted automatically when you delete your account. Please delete the posts and comments you want removed before you leave.
- Posts that have comments and comments that have replies cannot be deleted by their authors, so please ask the operator to delete them.
- If you use Telegram alerts, remove the link on the "Kimchi Premium Alerts" page or send /stop to the Telegram bot. The link information is then deleted immediately.
3. What is deleted and what stays
- Sign-up information (email address, password, etc.): kept for 30 days from the date of withdrawal to prevent improper use, and then destroyed without delay.
- ID and nickname: not destroyed, so that nobody can sign up with the same ID or nickname and pose as the withdrawn member.
- Posts and comments: the ones you did not delete stay, together with the nickname shown on them. The IP addresses saved with posts and comments are deleted 3 months after the date of withdrawal.
- Site visit records (IP address, date and time of access, browser information) are kept for 3 months and server access logs for 14 days, and are then deleted.
